Utilize Hitting Aids To Improve Bat Speed, Timing and Hand-Eye Coordination



Hitting a baseball is absolutely reactive to what a pitcher throws, and when you're in the batter's box you must react to the ball in a fraction of a second to constantly do extremely well. Utilizing this skill requires intense practice that trains you to "hit the ball wherever it's pitched". Hitting aids does the same thing. It improves bat speed, timing and mechanics, improves hand-eye coordination, balance and pitches recognition, promotes the development of a short, compact swing.
